“Social” implies interaction, connection, and relationship. Or at least I think it does. In this, the 6th Happy Rant, Stephen Altrogge and I discuss whether social media is, in fact, social or whether it has become a mere platform. What is the best use of social media? Should Facebook be left to the baby boomer? And I plead for people to use Google+; it’s lonely over there.
And last, but most important, I appoint myself “czar of social media” (or benevolent overlord, either works) in order tod dal with the ridiculous, pointless, and annoying things people so often post.
